Virginia Beach’s new Atlantic Park, opening in spring 2025, will feature the first Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon in the U.S., generating up to 1,000 waves per hour. Spearheaded by Pharrell Williams, the $350 million project also includes a concert venue, shops, restaurants, apartments, and surf bungalows—transforming the Oceanfront into a vibrant, year-round destination.
